Both sides of the table, four sectors.

InfinitCorp introduces international groups to African projects, and African projects to the partner they are missing, in commodities, infrastructure and state-led dossiers.

  • Commodities

    Led by Tom Ausseil Fauvette

One side: Traders, off-takers and buyers, including from the Gulf and Asia.

The other half: Producers, exporters and concession holders who need a reliable buyer or a route to market.

  • Infrastructure & construction

    Led by Ronan Labadie

One side: Contractors and EPC groups able to lead or join a consortium.

The other half: Roads, buildings and networks where a local partner is in place and the lead firm is missing.

  • State-led projects

    Led by Ronan Labadie

One side: Financiers and EPC+F groups that answer public tenders and calls for expressions of interest.

The other half: Local partners positioned on ministry programmes who need a complete, eligible consortium.

  • By mandate

One side: An international group with a precise need on the continent.

The other half: An African counterpart missing one party to close. If a deal needs its other half, we look.

The people behind every introduction.

No associates, no call centre. The person you speak to first is the person who makes the introduction.

Four stations, always in this order.

  1. First call

Thirty minutes. Which side you are on, what you have and what is missing.

  2. NDA

Nothing confidential moves before both sides have signed.

  3. Introduction

We put the two halves in the same room, in person where it counts, by video where it doesn’t.

  4. Mandate

Terms and our remuneration are agreed in writing before the deal goes further.

Straight answers.

What exactly does InfinitCorp do?

We connect the two sides of cross-border deals involving Africa, in commodities, infrastructure and state-led projects, and find the missing party: a buyer, a lead contractor, a financier or a local partner.

Are you an investment fund?

No. We don’t manage money, take deposits or sell investment products. We make introductions and help the parties set up the deal between themselves.

How are you paid?

As an introducer. Our remuneration is agreed in writing with the party that mandates us, before an introduction goes ahead.

Do you work with governments?

We work on state-led projects alongside the contractors, financiers and local partners who answer public tenders. We never act for public officials, and every dossier follows the tender’s own rules.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Names, figures and documents are shared only under NDA, and only with the party the introduction is for.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes by phone or video with Ronan, Tom or Théo. Tell us which side you are on, what you have and what is missing. If we are not the right people, we will say so.

Bring us the other half.

Tell us which side of the deal you are on and what is missing. Thirty minutes is enough to know whether we can help. Questions? Write to contact@infinitcorp.company.
